Make tint solution - 2 tsp. of baby shampoo (Johnsons) or morning fresh dishwashing liquid to 500mls water in a spray bottle. Clean working area, Clean towels to soak up excess solution. Wash windows thoroughly on the inside paying attention to the rubbers and frames.

as for the curing process...it is very simple, you need sunlight and some warmpth from the sun to evaporate the water (bubbles) thats inbetween the tint and glass. those bubbles should reduce in size gradually as the water is evaporating untill they are totally gone.
